Hemp District Club Help Center

  • What’s the difference between CBD, THC, and THCa?
CBD is non-intoxicating and used for wellness. THC causes a high when activated. THCa is the raw, non-psychoactive form of THC that only becomes active when heated.
  • How should I store my hemp?
Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat to maintain freshness and potency.
  • Do I need a medical card to buy from you?
No. Our hemp products are federally legal and available without a medical marijuana card.
  • What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound found in hemp, a variety of the cannabis plant. Non-intoxicating and widely used, CBD is popular in wellness and lifestyle products and can be enjoyed legally without a medical marijuana card.
  • Exchange for Damaged of Defective Products?

Please note: Returns and refunds are only available for items purchased directly from hempdistrictclub.com. We are unable to process returns for products received through delivery or curbside pickup. Due to the nature of hemp products and individual response to cannabinoids, we do not offer a money-back guarantee. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items.
  • What are the differences among THC and THCa and CBD?
🌿 THC (Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol) What it is: The main psychoactive compound in cannabis. Effect: Causes a "high"—euphoria, altered perception, relaxation. Activation: Becomes active when heated (smoked, vaped, or cooked). Legality: Federally illegal if over 0.3% by dry weight (except in legal states). 🌿 THCa (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) What it is: The non-psychoactive raw form of THC found in fresh cannabis. Effect: Does not cause a high unless it’s heated (a process called decarboxylation). Activation: Converts to THC when exposed to heat (smoking, vaping, baking). Legality: Often legal in hemp form because it's not active THC—legal gray area under the 2018 Farm Bill. 🌿 CBD (Cannabidiol) What it is: A non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in hemp. Effect: Promotes calm, focus, recovery, and relief without a high. Use: Common in wellness products (oils, edibles, topicals). Legality: Federally legal if derived from hemp and contains less than 0.3% THC.
  • Is your hemp lab-tested?
